               Maze of Dimensions

Elena, the descendant of Etramu, created a place known as the Maze Of Dimensions. Inevitably, this great place became pillaged by Kundun. Damaged, the connecting dimensions were now incomplete. Elena, over the many years, has restored a handful of the Dimensional Gates, but many monsters still wander throughout the confusing labyrinth. She needs the strength of great warriors of the  NewSquad realm to complete the maze, and kill any monsters inside, to restore the place to its former state. Great rewards are offered for any brave challenger who can complete a maze floor!

How do I participate?

• You will need a game ticket to enter the portal and participate in the event, called Elena's Letter.

• Elena's Letter is dropped by monsters.
• It cannot be sold or traded through the personal inventory, nor it can be stored in the vault.
• The item can be sold to any NPC.

• You can enter the maze through the "Portal of Dimension" located in the Event Square Map (236, 58).

 

Participation rules:

• Only individual characters can enter through the portal, and no party entry is allowed.
• MU Helper is allowed inside the event.
• There is no limit to the number of times any character can participate.
• Any character with PK status cannot enter the Maze of Dimensions Event.
• Combat adjustments: No penalty upon a character's death.

Other adjustments: 

• Town Portal Scroll cannot be used inside.
• Upon death, the characters are moved to the starting room of the maze.

 

Additional Info:

• The Maze of Dimensions event takes place over 4 weeks.
• You can complete Maze Floors in any order.
• By completing Maze Floors, the character earns Event Points.
• Maze Floors can be completed multiple times, but only half of the Event Points will be earned.
• Each Floor consists of 100 Rooms. (10x10)
• You can leave the Event via warp command, or disconnect.
• The monsters that appear in the Event drop both items and Zen.
   

Game-play :           

• The map is a Maze of Rooms that you must explore.
• You'll spawn in the Center Room.
• Use Room Portals to move between rooms.
• The goal is to reach the Dimensional Gate, which is also the exit Portal.
• The Room with the Dimensional Gate will always be shown on the Mini-map.

                                                                                                           

Maze of Dimensions starting point:

• You'll start in the First Room with at least one Room Portal. Go through it!
• Some Maze Rooms will have monsters in them, while other Maze Rooms will be empty.
• Maze Rooms that have monsters in them, will require that you complete one Mission before you can proceed.
• After completing the Mission, the Room Portals will appear.
• Monsters will continue to spawn, even after completing the Mission.
• You'll want to make your way through the Maze Rooms, towards the Dimensional Gate.
• The Dimensional Gate Room will have 5 Missions to complete.

Possible Missions:

 

• Reach the required total DMG dealt.
• Kill the specified amount of monsters.
• Run the MU Helper for the required Minute(s).
• Kill monsters without using any HP Potion.
• Kill monsters without using any MP Potion.

 

Winning Maze of Dimensions:

Steps to complete the Event:

1. Make your way to the Dimensional Gate Room.
2. Complete all 5 Missions in the Dimensional Gate Room.

When the Event is won, the character earns rewards and Event Points towards Maze of Dimensions Ranking.

Event Points:

• Event Points can be earned by:
  • Daily Maze Floor completion earns (x50 Events Points) the first time the Maze Floor is cleared, repeating the process, earns only 50% of the points (x25 Event Points)
  • Daily Bonus (first Maze Floor, each day), earns Event Points (x1,000)
  • Killing the Dimension Goblin earns Event Points (x2,000)

Tips & tricks:

• Always use the Mini-map to navigate toward the Dimensional Gate Room.
• Don't AFK if you are trying to earn Event Points.
• Use Buff Items.
• Use AoE Skills.
