Release date: 12.10.2022 at 23:00 - A small server restart will be needed. Note: Make sure to update the game via Launcher (PlayZenith.exe) - close the Launcher and reopen it to search for updates! Legend: [FIXED] - Something was fixed/resolved (that wasn't correctly working before OR was bugged/misconfigured/not working as expected). [ADDED] - Something was added into the game that previously wasn't there (new feature/system/item/command/event/etc.) [UPDATED] - Something was changed/improved/edited/updated (in most of cases if it is not something FIXED or something ADDED then it is UPDATED) [DOCUMENTED] - This is a PRE-TAG for any of the tags from above, and it means that the fix/addition/update was already UP before the patch but only now made public. Changelog: [UPDATED] Characters now spawns without pentagram box (we aren't using the beginner pentagrams). [UPDATED] Characters now spawns with the 2 starter rings (40 & 80). Ring 40: Any set item from silver medal for the class that drops it. Ring 80: Random small wings/capes. [FIXED] Spirit names (raven/horse). [ADDED] New items in test shop [ADDED] /move command for everyone [as test-server feature] (move your character at any map and coordinates). Usage: /move [MapID] [X] [Y] => example: /move 0 125 125 => character moved in Lorencia at 125x 125y. [UPDATED] Adjusted pull-back rules for starting maps (lorencia, noria, elbeland) - must confirm if mobs still gets stucked. [FIXED] Some skills requiring a "hidden" level in order to be learnt. Note: This is a different fix compared to those requiring level 0 client side but they actually need their official level (they aren't set yet client-side). [FIXED] Ring of Magic & Pendant of Ability having 1% bonus instead of 10%.

All Zenith updates will have patch names and they will be posted in this Updates Tracker section. Explication of each digit from patch name: First digit Current edition from the server (CBT - closed beta, OBT - open beta, 1 = 1st official edition, 2 = 2nd official edition, etc.) Second digit (in our case, 1): Will change if there is any client modifications (that requires update via Launcher) - if it is unchanged compared to last patch, that means no client modifications - no update from launcher needed. Third digit (in our case, 1): If it is changed that means there is a 'bigger' update, with either new features, new impactful changes, etc. Fourth digit (in our case, 0): If it is changed that means the update is a smaller one, containing only new fixes, improvements, or any changes/corrections of the bigger patch that contained them. To make sure you understand, I'll comment the next patch name: Patch 2.4.7.2 That means the patch is part of the 2nd official edition of the server, it had already 3 client modifications that required update via Launcher (and now there's a 4th client modification), it is currently on the 7th bigger update from the edition and it has 2 small updates since the 7th bigger one. 1. There was a public update missing on client, this was already fixed but not added to launcher, I've added it now for public. 2. Fixed, anonymous shield is no longer part of 1st ancient set type apparently, that's why the shield wasn't dropping ancient - +30 credits. 3. We no longer have add auto since few years ago since we've reworked the /add commands to work with our features (cs rebuilds, it stats, etc.) 4. It works but you need the scroll (idk why Webzen thought that this feature should be locked behind cash shop) - we will probably add the scroll to characters when creating them (with unlimited duration) - but I'll count this as a suggestion so please do it on Discord suggestions. 5. Same, this is a suggestion, please do it on discord suggestions
-
Suggestions content can be found on discord forum - suggestions by their title. Suggestion "1350532" (old Suggester bot): Alex - +50 credits. Suggestion "NPC's on minimap": Alex - +30 credits. Suggestion "Switch Scroll on char creation": Timor - +45 credits.

Bugs: [FIXED] Wrong Dark Raven/Dark Horse Spirit names - Alex [+20 credits]. [FIXED] Some skills can't be learn due to hidden level required - Relax [+30 credits]. [FIXED] Some monsters from starting maps getting stucked from anti-pull feature - oWnage (was first to report, from now please keep them in public) [+30 credits] [FIXED] Pendant of Ability / Ring of Magic giving 1% bonus instead of 10% bonus - Alex [+25 credits] [FIXED] Silver Heart & Manticore weapons requiring way more stats than showing. - Relax [+30 credits] [FIXED] Spots testing (tweaks/bugs) for maps from Devias -> Lost Tower 7 - Alex [+40 credits] [FIXED] Small shield not dropping as ancient from Box of Ancients - Timor [+30 credits]

Hello & welcome to the closed beta of NewSquad! I'll tell you a few things about us and our current and future objectives. Firstly I'm rDy, formerly known as "ADMIN", the founder and administrator of OldSquad - one of the oldest and highest quality Season 6 projects (7 years old) for the hard style lovers. I've built a new & fresh team along with 3 of my real-life friends (IPressPlay, Mario & BMG) in order to create and maintain one of the best "high season" projects dedicated for hard & semi-hard style lovers, a project that will compete with even Webzen itself. And here we are, with a big ambition and plans, and with the desire & resources to turn them into reality, via hard work. Since none of us have prior experience on newer seasons (and me & my friends stopped playing the game many years ago), we're both learning and working in the same time, in order to acquire as much experience as possible with the new content & features. To make the things as good as possible from the start, we'll work closely with the players and their feedback / suggestions / reports. What's the plan? We've been through an Alpha Stage until now, that started in June. We've managed to set-up and correct a big part of the content, but just in their "initial/basic" versions. We're now opening the Closed Beta in order for players to join and see what we've done, how it looks, and also to start discussing together about more important aspects as well as about what was done so far. During Closed Beta, anyone can join the server, but we are not advertising anything for the large public. Basically, a small circle of players that already know about us and / or are invited by people that already know. The server will work as a "Test Server", which means you have access to all kind of commands (set level, set stats, make items, test shop, etc.) in order to have an easier time testing around. Starting from Closed Beta, we'll also start "working" on our Council group. The Council will be a group of selected players that will represent the overall playerbase and will be in direct communication with us as the staff, during Open Beta and official editions. The leader of the Council will be Alex - a player that you probably know and that helped us a lot with feedback and discussions related to the project. The most active & implicated players during Closed Beta & Open Beta will have a permanent slot in our Council, as long as they remain part of our project. Ok, what about rewards? Since our project will go through 2 different beta stages, none of the rewards would matter during them. Instead, your reports, suggestions, activity will matter and you will accumulate "credits" that will be delivered 1 week after the 1st official edition. You'll get between 20 and 100 credits for your confirmed (and fixed) reports, accepted & implemented suggestions/ideas or valuable feedback (decided on case to case scenario, based on impact). Depending on how active / implied you will be during closed & open beta, you will also get a bonus of 500~4000 credits. As stated before, the most active & implicated players will also get a permanent slot in our Council. Members of the Council will have permanent VIP on our (official) server as long as they are part of Council. Permanent slot means even if you will be inactive / not bringing value to our Council discussions, you won't lose your member status for an entire official edition, after that your member role will be at "risk". Now to make things crystal clear, we'll tell you some important things you need to consider before getting involved with us: 1. You are here because you want to be, not because you are asked/forced to be, this is currently a private project and being here is a matter of choice, we don't have any obligations/responsibilities towards you, just as we don't have any expectations/requests from you. Being here doesn't mean you'll get special treatment from us (at any point of the project) - we never ever do that - and also doesn't mean that anything you say will be considered at any time. 2. If you are bored of trash servers and want to be part of the root/inception of one of the best MU Online experiences, then you're in the right place. 3. If I didn't play the newer seasons doesn't mean that my 7 years experience in domain and 12+ years experience as a competitive gamer are less than your newer MU seasons experience. 3.1. By being open to your feedback / opinions / ideas doesn't directly imply that we will do exactly as you say, but that we are totally OPEN to change our vision / ideas IF your arguments are strong enough to convince us. 4. In order to get in line with us so we can correctly communicate, you need to forget your previous experience with any server/webzen/etc. and look at this project from a new, objective point. We're going to rethink most of the game and you can basically see it as a new, different game compared to what you knew so far. Basically things like "you need to do x because this is how it was there or there" or "this must be that great/rare/easy/common because this is how it is everywhere" are totally wrong and not welcomed, it is like the people that came 5-6 years ago and told us "you need to have Arena and 1-point spawns because this is how it is everywhere". 5. We're (without any modesty) innovators in this domain, and we were the first project to bring a lot of new ideas/systems/balance/qols that were copied and used by other "projects" and even by other emulators. 6. And one last, very important thing to keep in mind. We're building a totally new community from scratch, this time doing it right. Which means we will have 0 tolerance for toxicity, bad competition (insults, trash-talk etc. between opponents), harassments and so on. If you know you're that type of human, don't lose time here, you probably won't survive long. We will no longer focus only on the quality of the game itself, but also on the quality of the community, which is way more important than the quality of the game. So if you don't want to be an ass-hole in an online game meant to relax and entertain the people that are part of it, if you want to respect and be respected, if you want to be part of a "virtual family" where both staff, veterans and new players can feel comfortable being part of, then you're safe, and we're safe. What was done so far in Alpha Stage? Basic settings & S6 adaptation of previous content & features. Spots & Minimap. Shops & NPCs. Events (old, new & custom). Bosses, mini bosses & invasions. A basic economy. Client adjustments/fixes/improvements. What wasn't touched at all: Characters and everything related to them (skills, balance, etc.) Monsters / bosses / mini-bosses stats (will be tweaked after characters). Game Quests - we'll probably not use them at all or only use part of them as a "Guide". We'll have our own quest system. What's the Closed Beta stage about? We're testing what was done in Alpha. We'll start touching the characters & skills. We're building the overall gameplay along with your feedback. We're sharing ideas, views and everything else related to the server. Once we have everything as good as possible, we'll move to Open Beta, where we'll start advertising the project and simulate "official" editions for few months (without "test-server" environment, but with "official-server" environment). The Closed Beta will be the longest stage of our project, expecting to last anywhere between 4 and 8 months.

They're here! World Bosses - Call to Arms! World Bosses - They're here! Every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at 22:50, the new Selupan's Minions (Dark Giant, Dark Mammoth & Dark Iron Knight) will invade our world. The duration of the invasion is 21 minutes. The 1st time when the invasion is announced, an Anomaly will hit our server. The Anomaly was created by World Bosses. While Anomaly is up, every 15 seconds 1~2 random players (any player, no matter what he is doing) from sub-server 1 (non-gens) and 1~2 random players (any player, no matter what he is doing) from sub-server 2 (gens) will be affected by either Cold Aura (10 seconds of Ice that cannot be dispelled) or Disease (5 seconds of Stun). The entire server must team up in a race versus time to defeat all 3 World Bosses before the time runs out to clear the Anomaly. If all 3 bosses are defeated before they survive (before the time is up), the Anomaly will end when the invasion also ends, and the ENTIRE SERVER gets a +30% bonus zen gained (multiplicative) until the next World Bosses Invasion. If any of the world bosses do survive, then the Anomaly will continue to hunt our server for the next 24 hours, and the zen bonus gained is removed. When the World Bosses do spawn, an Old Guard is spawned near every online player from the server (with few exceptions like events zone/duel arena, etc.). Apart from asking for your help, they will also offer you a free Teleport to one of the World Bosses zones, if you click them. They can teleport you only to a World Boss from your current sub-server (non-gens maps Guards can teleport you to non-gens bosses and gens maps Guards can teleport you to gens map bosses). They stay only 15 seconds near you, then they can be found in safe zones of Lorencia, Noria, Devias, Elbeland, Aida, Tarkan, and Icarus at warp. During every invasion, each character can use the Teleport for unlimited times on non-gens servers (for Dark Mammoth & Dark Iron Knight) and for 2 times on gens servers (for Dark Giant), by clicking either the initially spawned guard or the ones from safe-zones / Icarus warp. They can teleport you only to a location where a World Boss is alive, from your sub-server. Guards from Lorencia, Noria, Devias & Elbeland safe zones will teleport you to a random World Boss location, where the boss is alive, from your sub-server. The guard from Aida will teleport you to Dark Mammoth's location. The guard from Tarkan will teleport you to Dark Giant's location. The guard from Icarus will teleport you to the Dark Iron Knight's location. Summon (DL) is disabled in the World Bosses maps during the invasion. If you relog/disconnect in the boss 16x16 range, you'll be moved to the safe zone when you reconnect. You can have only 1 Account per IP in the World Bosses 6x6 range / 8x8 range / 10x10 range. If you have 2 then the 2nd one will be moved to Lorencia. How does it work? The first character on your IP that enters the boss range will be considered the valid one, any other characters on your IP will be moved. World Bosses Dark Giant - Gens Map World Boss. He will spawn in Tarkan2 - 95x 205y. Basics: He has a melee range, a medium HP pool, very high damage, a very high ASR, and a very low attack speed. Special mechanic: Guard's Blessings - The gens family with a lower number of total people (based on TOP300 Characters with Gens) receive buffs as follows: If the lower Gens Family percent is between 41% and 50% (Example: 50-59% Duprian - 50-41% Varnert): No buffs. If the lower Gens Family percent is between 33% and 40% (Example: 60-67% Duprian - 40-33% Varnert): 1. Immunity to damage for 3 seconds every 12 seconds. 2. Permanent Damage Buff with a value equal to an Energy Elf with 400 ENE (at CS). If the lower Gens Family percent is between 25% and 32% (Example: 68-75% Duprian - 32-25% Varnert): 1. Immunity to damage for 4 seconds every 12 seconds. 2. Permanent Damage Buff with a value equal to an Energy Elf with 600 ENE (at CS). If the lower Gens Family percent is between 0% and 24% (Example: 76-100% Duprian - 24-0% Varnert): 1. Immunity to damage for 5 seconds every 12 seconds. 2. Permanent Damage Buff with a value equal to an Energy Elf with 800 ENE (at CS). Note: These buffs are only gained in Tarkan and only while the Dark Giant is alive. Signature mechanic: Doomsday - Dark Giant can only be attacked when there are only players from one Gens Family alive in his 8x8 range, or else he is immune to damage. Extra mechanic: Cold Aura - everyone in his 8x8 range is permanently iced (undispellabe). Common mechanic: Selupan's Wrath - Players who enter at least once in the 8x8 range of the Dark Giant will be affected by Selupan's Wrath. Affected players can't use items (especially Potions) while the Dark Giant is alive. Affected players can get rid of the debuff only by: dying, relogging, moving to another sub-server, or defeating the boss. Note: Selupan's Wrath is inactive when there are players alive from both Gens Famillies in his 8x8 range (during PvP time). Dark Giant has a maximum duration of 16 minutes after he spawns. Special Reward: While Doomsday is inactive, the Gens Family that is alone in the boss range will earn 1 point per second. At the end of the fight, the winner family is the one with the most points & the Special Reward is given to a random player from the winner Family. Note: Special Reward is given only to characters that spent at least 20% of the duration of the Boss in his 8x8 range. Example: If the boss dies after 900 seconds (15 minutes), a special reward is given only to characters that spent at least 180 seconds in the Boss 8x8 range. Participation Reward: All participants get a participation reward, as long as they are online and on Tarkan (anywhere) when the Dark Giant is defeated. Note: Participation reward is given only to characters that spent at least 20% of the duration of the Boss in his 8x8 range. Example: If the boss dies after 900 seconds (15 minutes), participation reward is given only to characters that spent at least 180 seconds in the Boss 8x8 range. Dark Mammoth - Non-PvP Map World Boss. He will spawn in Aida2 - 50x 120y. While he is alive, Aida is transformed into a FULL NON-PVP MAP (even for Mercenaries / PKers). Basics: He has a high range, a very high HP pool, medium damage, a very high ASR, and a medium attack speed. He also has a push-back mini-stun chance on his attacks. Basics: AoE immunity - in the Dark Mammoth's 20x20 range, the full AoE skills are blocked: Evil Spirits, Meteor Storm, Raining Arrow, Gigantic Storm, Fire Blood, Fire Burst, Havok Spear, Lightning Shock, Pollution, Rageful Blow, Dragon Roar, Breche, Lightning Storm, Sword Inertia, Ice Blast, Dragon Violent, Spear Storm, Unleash Marvel, Blade Storm. Special mechanic: Hard to Forget - For the Dark Mammoth to be summoned, there's a mini invasion of his minions - 8 Giant Mammoths are spawned as follows: 2 in Lorencia. 2 in Noria. 2 in Elbeland (1-3). 2 in Devias (1-4). The Dark Mammoth will be summoned only when all 8 Giant Mammoths are killed. Signature mechanic: Carnage - Every 60 seconds, Dark Mammoth spawns his minions again (8), in his 10x10 range this time, and he gets immunity to damage until all his minions are killed. Note: If the previous minions aren't killed before the next Carnage, they will automatically despawn and the new ones will be summoned. Note2: Minions have a push-back chance on their attacks. Extra mechanic: Enrage - Every 22 seconds he gets a big amount of extra damage for 5 seconds. Common mechanic: Selupan's Wrath - Players who enter at least once in the 10x10 range of the Dark Mammoth will be affected by Selupan's Wrath. Affected players can't use items (especially Potions) while the Dark Mammoth is alive. Affected players can get rid of the debuff only by: dying, relogging, moving to another sub-server, or defeating the boss. Note: Selupan's Wrath is permanently active. Dark Mammoth has a maximum duration of 20 minutes, starting from the moment his minions spawn. Note: The duration starts the moment his minions are spawned, so the faster you kill the minions, the faster he is summoned, and the more time you have for the actual boss. Special Reward: Delivered to 1 random player from one of the participants that killed at least 1 of the boss minions before he spawned (mini invasion), as long as they are online and in Aida (anywhere) when the Dark Mammoth is defeated. Note: While killing more than 1 minion doesn't directly raise your chances to get the Special Reward, it does indirectly raise them by having fewer eligible characters for the reward. Note2: Special Reward can be gained only if the selected character spent at least 60% of the duration of the Boss (after he spawned) in his 10x10 range. Example: If the boss dies after 900 seconds (15 minutes), a special reward is given only to characters that spent at least 540 seconds in the Boss 10x10 range. Participation Reward: All participants get a participation reward, as long as they are online and in Aida (anywhere) when the Dark Mammoth is defeated. Note: Participation reward is given only to characters that spent at least 60% of the duration of the Boss (after he spawned) in his 10x10 range. Example: If the boss dies after 900 seconds (15 minutes), participation reward is given only to characters that spent at least 540 seconds in the Boss 12x12 range. Dark Iron Knight - PvP Map World Boss. He will spawn in Icarus - 40x 225y. While he is alive, Icarus is transformed into a FULL PVP MAP (free PK, anyone can be attacked). Basics: He has medium range, a high HP pool, low damage, a high ASR, and a high attack speed. He also has a stun chance on his attacks. Special mechanic: Disease - Every 22 seconds, he puts Disease on 2 random players from his 6x6 range. The players that get it will be stunned for 10 seconds. Note: Disease is being placed only on players that are outside of his 3x3 range but still in his 6x6 range (basically, players in melee range can't get it directly). Note2: If there aren't at least 5 eligible range targets at the moment of the Disease, then anyone can get the Disease (including those in the melee range). Signature mechanic: Iron Shield - Every 60 seconds, Dark Iron Knight gets Iron Shield, reducing 60% of the damage taken. For every PvP kill during Iron Shield (and in the boss 6x6 range), the Iron Shield reduction is decreased by 6%, up to 0%. If it gets to 0%, then the Iron Shield is purged. Note: While Iron Shield is inactive / purged, PvP is disabled in his 6x6 range (and only in his 6x6 range, the rest of the map is still FULL PVP). Extra mechanic: Anyone from the 2x2 range of the players that got the Disease (but still in the 6x6 range of the boss) will also get the Disease and will be stunned as well, for 10 seconds. Common mechanic: Selupan's Wrath - Players who enter at least once in the 6x6 range of the Dark Iron Knight will be affected by Selupan's Wrath. Affected players can't use items (especially Potions) while the Dark Iron Knight is alive. Affected players can get rid of the debuff only by: dying, relogging, moving to another sub-server, or defeating the boss. Note: Selupan's Wrath is inactive while Iron Shield is up and not purged (during PvP time). Dark Iron Knight has a maximum duration of 18 minutes. Special Reward: Delivered to 1 random player from one of the participants that killed at least 3 players in the boss 6x6 range (during Iron Shield), as long as they are online and on Icarus (anywhere) or Devias (anywhere) when the Dark Iron Knight is defeated. Note: While killing more than 3 players doesn't directly raise your chances to get the Special Reward, it may indirectly raise them by maybe having fewer eligible characters for the reward. Note2: Special Reward can be gained only if the selected character spent at least 50% of the duration of the Boss in his 6x6 range. Example: If the boss dies after 900 seconds (15 minutes), a special reward is given only to characters that spent at least 540 seconds in the Boss 6x6 range. Participation Reward: All participants get a participation reward, as long as they are online and on Icarus (anywhere) or Devias (anywhere) when the Dark Iron Knight is defeated. Note: Participation reward is given only to characters that spent at least 60% of the duration of the Boss in his 6x6 range. Example: If the boss dies after 900 seconds (15 minutes), participation reward is given only to characters that spent at least 540 seconds in the Boss 6x6 range. Dark Iron Knight (PvP Map) & Dark Mammoth (Non-PvP Map) bosses also share the Soul Link mechanic: Soul Link: Dark Mammoth's soul is linked to Dark Iron Knight's soul. When Dark Iron Knight dies, Dark Mammoth is getting permanent Iron Shield, absorbing 35% of the damage (that can't be reduced) for the rest of its duration. When Dark Mammoth dies, Dark Iron Knight is getting permanent Enrage, increasing its damage by 60% for the rest of its duration. Rewards Special Reward: 100% chance for 30x Jewel of Bless / 30x Elemental Rune / 8x Lapidary Stone. 70% chance for 1x Mid NS Box. 30% chance for 1x Late NS Box. Participation Reward: 20kk Zen. 40 Credits. 200 RUUD. + 80% chance for 6x Jewel of Bless / 6x Elemental Rune / 2x Lapidary stone. 20% chance for 1x Mid NS Box. Note: Both Special Rewards & Participation Rewards are being sent to the Gremory Case (K).

Castle Siege Basic Info & Schedule Castle Siege is every Sunday at 17:00 Server Time. Registration period is between Monday (00:00) and Wednesday (23:59). Note: This is the official registration period that can be made ONLY via NPC from Valley. Sign of Lord period is between Thursday (00:00) and Friday (23:59). In order for an alliance to register Sign of Lord it must meet the following requirements: Have at least 15 members in the main guild. Have the Average Level of the main guild >= 75% of the TOP1 Player level (rounded down). Example: If the TOP1 Player has level 300, the minimum Average Level of the Main Guild must be 225. Note: Kindly reminder of WebZen System for deciding the 3 attackers from CS: Registration Ranking = (Sign of Lord registered * 5) + Number of Guild Members + (Level of Guild Master / 4). Note2: Sign of Lord can be farmed on any mobs over level 62. Late registration period is between Saturday (00:00) and Saturday (23:59). Note: Late registration can only be made on the Website by the GM of the alliance. Note2: Guilds that use late registration can't register signs of lord. Friendly Fire is active (25% of damage goes to allies also). There is a maximum value of VIT that can be used at CS, depending on the stage of the Game. Current Value: 1000. Exception: VRF. After registering the crown, the defensive team must go outside of the room and re-enter it Note: By doing this you won't have to press CTRL to attack. The crown is with accumulated time. You won't lose any accumulated time if GM dies or stays outside of the room. Every FAIL of accumulating the crown will cost you -2 seconds from the accumulated time. Example: You lose a switch, you miss-click again on the crown, etc. Crown switches are not in the center of the square so they are harder to be kept. We've introduced a new concept - CS Builds: All CS participants can make a free rebuild during each CS (anytime during CS, but you can't stay in Valley without doing the rebuild). This means that you can play any build of your character, depending on your guild strategy and what is needed at that CS. This also means that Tanks are no longer part of normal gameplay - anyone can play Tank for the Castle Siege, GM's are no longer doomed to make a character only for 2 hours per week of fun, as well as the stampers. These builds aren't kept, so at the end of CS, you will get back to your previous build. With this change, we're aiming to "fix" multiple things: Encourage new guilds to participate in CS without the need to depend on random players to sacrifice their gameplay for TANK to have any chance at CS. Encourage PvM players to take part in CS despite their build being PvM for the rest of the time, increasing the number of CS participants. Bring a layer of "freshness" on each CS, as strategies can be changed/adjusted after each CS, nothing being "meta" for too long. In order to participate at CS you need to be in the registered alliance and to also write /rebuild before entering in Valley. Note: You can write /rebuild anytime starting from 16:45. Note2: You have an unlimited amount of rebuilds until 17:00, then you can't rebuild anymore. PRE-Fight Gameplay & Requirements In order to access the CS battle (stay in the valley), you need to meet the following requirements: Be selected as a CS participant (after the Signs period). Have at least 15 members in the main guild. Have the Average Level of the main guild >= 75% of the TOP1 Player level (rounded down). Example: If the TOP1 Player has level 300, the minimum Average Level of the Main Guild must be 225. Have at least 10 players from the main guild online in either Crywolf or Valley. Have /rebuild already made. If any of these requirements fail, you will be moved out from the valley when you try to enter during CS. Checks are happening every 60 seconds (and you will notice how many seconds are left before the next check). These requirements will (automatically) make it much harder for people to do "ghost" strategies, but still doable. Alliance GM CS players control: There are 2 modes of the limit at CS, that each alliance GM can decide: Free Mode - it is the default mode - this means that any 25 players can be online on the CS server anytime, during CS, without restrictions. How does it work? When the 25th player enters the Valley, any extra player (26th, for example) will be moved to Crywolf, when trying to enter the Valley. When there are 24 players in Valley, an empty slot is once again free for another extra player, and so on. Note: The priority for staying in Valley when there are more than 25 players is based on the order of /rebuilds. Example: rDy is 1st that did rebuild, PressPlay is 2nd that did rebuild, Mario is 3rd that did rebuild. If there are < 25 players on Valley, all 3 can stay in Valley. If there are 25 players already in Valley and rDy is not but Mario is, if rDy joins Valley then Mario is being kicked from Valley and rDy can stay. Limited Mode - this means that there's a list controlled by the alliance GM with the players who do not have access to CS (any player other than the players from this list can join the CS). GM can add/remove players to/from the list anytime before 15 minutes from the start & during CS. Note: GM can use the command /blacklist PlayerName in order to blacklist a player from the CS. Note2: GM can use the command /delblacklist PlayerName in order to remove a player from the blacklist. Note3: Few seconds after blacklisting a player, if he is online in the valley he will be moved to crywolf and prevented from joining Valley. Before the fight actually starts, there are 2 Strategies that participants can profit from: Attackers Advantage During the Sign of Lord period, attackers that are registered at CS must register as many Sign of Lord as possible. The team with the highest number of signs of lord registered at the end of the Sign period will win the Sign fight, having the opportunity to BAN a BUILD for the incoming CS. This means that the banned build can't be used by all participants. Any build from the banned list can be banned including VDL/VBK, depending on everyone's strategy. Note: You need to register at least 300 Signs in order to be able to BAN a build, not only being first. Builds that can be banned (banned list): ESM, VSM, ABK, SBK, VBK, EE, AE, SMG, EMG, SDL, VDL, ERF, VRF, ARF, SGL, AGL, ARW. If a build is banned, characters from that class can't have more than 20% of the total points in that stat. Example: If EE build is banned, an ELF with 2000 total points can't have more than 400 ENE at that CS. The command for banning a build: /banbuild Build. The period for Build Ban is between Saturday (00:00) and Sunday (16:00). Note: If the highest sign guild doesn't ban a build between this period, no build will be banned for the CS. Defenders Advantage Defenders can repair gates & statues anytime before the next CS. In order to repair them you need to invest in JoGs and Zen. By repairing the gates & statues you open up 2 advantages: 1. You can also defend them during CS to earn extra time, making life harder for attackers to get into the room. 2. You can reduce your Handicap* points based on the total repairs/upgrades of your gates/statues: 7 points for each 1kk HP that you have on gates/statues when CS starts (maximum ~31kk HP). 8 points for each Defence upgrade on gates/statues (maximum 30 upgrades). 15 points for each Recovery upgrade on statues (maximum 12 upgrades). Formula for points reduction is (Points from HP + Points from Defence + Points from Recovery) * Handicap level (1, 2, 3) Note: The maximum points that can be reduced is 20% of total Handicap points. Example: If you are on Easy Handicap (2500 points) you can reduce a maximum of 500 points from those 2500. New Objectives & Net Worth CS Statues There are now 2 statues, one is on the East side outside the room (104x192y) and one is on the West side outside of the room (77x145y). These Statues are now extra mini-objectives during CS. They can be controlled by one alliance at a time. In order to control a Statue your alliance must have AT LEAST 2 players in its 5x5 range (the statue zones are marked with 4 guards). In order to control a Statue your alliance must have the highest number of players (compared to the rest of the alliances) in its 5x5 range. Examples: If NewSquad does have 1 player in the 5x5 range of a Statue, and no other Alliance has any player in the range, then the Statue is in a neutral state (not controlled). If NewSquad does have 2 players in the 5x5 range of a Statue, and no other Alliance does, then the Statue is controlled by NewSquad. If NewSquad does have 2 players in the 5x5 range of a Statue, and other Alliance does have 1 player in the range, then the Statue is controlled by NewSquad. If NewSquad does have 2 players in the 5x5 range of a Statue, and other Alliance does have 2 players in the range, then the Statue is controlled by the Alliance that already controlled it. If NewSquad does have 2 players in the 5x5 range of a Statue, and other Alliance does have 3 players in the range, then the Statue is controlled by the other Alliance. East Statue advantage: While holding the East Statue, your alliance will gain +100% (in the first CS hour) / +50% (in the second CS hour) Defense points per second, until the alliance loses control of the Statue. West Statue advantage: While holding the West Statue, your alliance will gain +50% (while a Kill Points modifier is still active) / +100% (while a Kill Points modifier is not active) Kill Points based on the final number of points a killer would normally get. If your alliance holds both statues then the following buff will be up for your alliance until you lose at least 1 Statue: GM will gain damage immunity, preventing him from being damaged, while the buff is active. Note: The immunity buff for GM when holding both statues does make him immune from being moved as well. Gigas Golem Every 12 minutes after it is killed or it is despawned (starting at 17:30) a Gigas Golem will spawn in the Valley, before the Bridge, at fixed coordinates. Gigas Golem has 4 4-minute duration, then it is auto-despawned. The Gigas Golem is another mini-objective, but a timed one. The alliance that does the last hit on the Gigas Golem will put one of the following courses (randomly) on their opponents: Points Curse - Stop the points gained from all sources for 3 minutes. Stun Curse - Stun every opponent for 5 seconds every 45 seconds, for 3 minutes. Net Worth Net Worth is an accumulation of every CS player's activity & performance during each CS. The formula for Net Worth calculation: (Total Kill Points - (Total Feed Points * 0.7)) + Stamp Seconds + Activity Time where: Total Kill Points = The amount of Points you personally contributed to your Team. Total Feed Points = The amount of Points you gave away to other teams while being killed. Stamp Seconds = The number of seconds you held a Switch. Activity Time = 0.15 Points for every second while a CS Participant is online in Valley during CS. This value is raised to 0.4 Points per second if the Player is inside the CS room or in the 5x5 range of the Statues. Example of Net Worth: rDy has 1400 Total Kill Points, 420 Total Feed Points, 200 Stamp Seconds, 60 minutes in the valley during CS & 50 minutes inside the CS room/statues. rDy's Net Worth is 1400 - (420*0.7) + 200 + 60*60*0.15 + 50*60*0.4 = 3046. Note: Stamp Seconds are updated 1 time per minute. CS Gameplay The CS Gameplay is not the usual one (the team that has Defender status at the end of CS does win it), our gameplay is based on Points, so the team with the highest amount of Points at the end of CS does win it (no matter if they are Defenders or not at the end). How to earn Points: After the first 9:30 minutes of CS, the system is initiated & Points can be gathered. Any team that has Defender status during CS will earn Points. Default DEF Points values: 1 Point per second between 17:09:30 and 17:34. 2 Points per second between 17:35 and 17:59. 3 Points per second between 18:00 and 18:24. 4 Points per second between 18:25 and 18:44. 6 Points per second between 18:45 and 19:00. If Defenders GM is out of room his team will only get half of DEF points per second as long as he is out of room. Example: If the current DEF points are 3 per second, if GM is outside of room the team will only get 1.5 points per second. If Defenders GM is out of the room, but in the 5x5 range of the East Statue (DEF Points statue) then his team will get all the DEF Points they would normally get if GM was inside the CS room (no matter who controls the Statue). Apart from DEF Points, teams can also gain points by killing opponents in the Throne Room or 8x8 range of the West & East Statues: The default kill points value is 8 Points per kill. Killing players in the status range will only give 50% of the points that are normally given in Throne Room. Example: If a Kill inside the Throne Room would net you 24 points, the same kill in the statue 8x8 range will net you 12 points. The normal kills formula is DefaultValue+-(LevelDifference*0.25) between targets. The minimum value is 5 points in Throne Room / 3 points in the Statues range, no matter the type of kill or bonuses. There is no maximum value of Points. Note: This means that if the killer is higher in level than the target killed, the points will go down by 0.15 points for each level difference. Note2: If the target is higher than killer the, the points will go up by 0.15 points for each level difference. The level difference formulas will always apply before any modifier, in the case of normal kills. Example: If rDy kills Mario and rDy has level 350 and Mario has level 340, while Kill Points are 8 then rDy gets 8-(0.15*10) = 6.5 Points. If rDy's alliance does control the West Statue then rDy gets +50%/100% * 6.5 Points = 9.75/13 Points on the same kill. If the kill is being made in Statue's range then rDy gets 3.25/6.5 Points. GM points are 4x default kill points (can't be lowered with LevelDifference). TANK points are 2.5x default kill points (can't be lowered with LevelDifference). Note: TANK is considered ANY character (except RF and ELF) that has AGI+VIT higher than 65% of Total Points. Apart from level difference & special roles, we also have extra points gained per kill based on the current total points of the target: You gain an extra 10% (inside CS room) / 5% (in Statues range) of the target total points per kill. The extra points are going directly towards your Alliance and are not counted toward your points/performance, as well as not counted for the target feed points. Example: If rDy kills Mario inside the CS room and Mario has 1000 kill points, then: rDy gets the normal points it would get based on bonuses. Mario gets feed points equal to the points rDy did get. rDy's alliance gets a bonus of 100 points for the kill. Default kill points will be raised randomly during CS time (it will announce when it changes). This anomaly can happen only between 17:30 and 18:30. There will be a minimum of 2 changes and a maximum of 4 changes during this hour. The first change will happen at 17:30. The duration of a change is between 10 minutes and 20 minutes but at 18:30 points will get to normal no matter how much time is left from the last change. The value of points will always be between 10 and 18 during change. It will be announced to participants when Kill Points are updated. IMPORTANT! If you kill a player from your Guild inside the Crown room your team will lose full Points for the kill (based on Normal/Tank/GM/Special role type). IMPORTANT! If you disconnect/select server / switch characters inside the Crown room your team will lose 2.5x Points equal to being killed (based on Normal/Tank/GM/Special role type). Important note about kill points: Only guilds that have at least 300 points gathered can "feed" points to other participants. If your team doesn't have 300 points yet you won't give any points to your killers, but you can get points by killing them if they have over 300 points. The points earned / bonuses, etc. are not rounded up / down. They are given as float values unless it is specified that something is rounded up/down (for example, the average reset requirement for CS). The final Points / Scores / etc. are counted as integers. Example: If DEF points are 3 per second and you get + 50% DEF Points with the statue, then you'll get 4.5 Points instead of 4 or 5 Points. Example2: If you get 25% more points as a BM and you kill a target that would give you 11 points, you'll get 13.75 Points instead of 13 points or 14 points. Example3: If your alliance total points are 5563.60, you'll have 5563 Points. If your final NetWorth is 1120.7, then your NetWorth is 1120. We also have special roles at CS, GAs & BMs, that have special roles during CS: Guild Assistants can use /assist in 3 different ways: /assist -> Will teleport the assistant to the GM. /assist east -> Will teleport the assistant to the East Statue, if the guild is currently controlling the East Statue. /assist west -> Will teleport the assistant to the West Statue, if the guild is currently controlling the West Statue. The cooldown for the command is 90 seconds. Battle Masters gain + 25% points per kill for any normal target kill (that does not have any special role). Apart from that, they have access to AoE stun skills (Stern). Stern will stun players in AoE for 7 seconds. Extra effect: Players under stun can't use potions. Stern does require 8 kills (per use) in order to be used. GAs will feed 1.5x normal points when they are killed (if they are not tanks, they feed 2.5x). BMs will feed 2x normal points when they are killed (if they are not tanks, they give 2.5x). Note: Both GA & BMs are set at the moment when CS preparation starts (16:45), any further change during CS won't change the effects on other players. So make sure to set them / update them before 16:45! Note2: Only GA & BMs from the main guild have special roles! In order to help the lowest Points teams from each CS, we've introduced a new feature: Every Alliance GM that is part of CS will get a Life Stone every 15 minutes (starting at 17:30) as long as his Alliance doesn't currently have the most points at CS. Note: The previous, unused Life Stones will be deleted when a new one is generated. Note2: If Alliance GM does switch/reconnect/leave the CS server, the Life Stone is deleted. Note3: The Life Stone is gained only if the GM is online and on Valley at the moment when Life Stones are delivered. Life Stone can be used by dropping it on the ground. After dropping it, it will take 1 minute for it to become "active". While a life stone is active, people who die from that guild will respawn from the place where the Life Stone is placed. Life stone can be destroyed by opponents (before the activation minute as well). Life Stones have the maximum possible Defense but an HP of 140k. Note: This means that no matter how many stats a character does have, it will do similar damage to Life Stones (50-300) so in order to kill them faster you need more people attacking them (no matter their total stats). We also want to reduce the time spent as CS winners for the same alliances, so the Handicap System* was introduced: After each CS win, the winners will get a handicap for the upcoming CS. There are 3 Handicap levels as follows: Easy - 2nd CS after winning the CS: The team starts with -2500 points. Medium - 3rd CS after winning 2 CS in a row: The team starts with -6000 points. Hard - 4th CS after winning 3 CS in a row and onwards: The team starts with -10000 points. Score Command CS Participants can type /score during CS. It will show the following info: On global (middle screen): Alliances score as usual + Players in the valley for each alliance. Current DEF Points / Kill points as usual. Time left for the next Gigas golem spawn / ALIVE status. West Statue & East Statue controllers (if any). On system chat (top left side): Your current Kills, Deaths, Kill Points, Feed Points, and Net Worth. The current Banned Build. CS Participants can also type /score +Name of a CS player and it will show the same info of the player that /score would show for you. Winners Restrictions After winning a Castle Siege, the players that were part of the CS (used /rebuild) and part of the winning alliance can only join the next CS with their winning Alliance. Example: rDy is part of NewSquad, went to CS last CS with his guild, and was part of CS. NewSquad won the CS. rDy can only join next week's CS with the NewSquad guild. Example2: NewSquad is in alliance with ADMINS, rDy is part of NewSquad and Mario is part of ADMINS. NewSquad alliance wins the CS. Next week both rDy & Mario can join CS only with the NewSquad alliance (as the main alliance guild). Note: This is made to avoid cases of winning Guilds remaking their guild / joining another guild for CS just to get rid of Handicaps. Extra restriction: You can play the CS only with the guild/alliance that you started with when you did /rebuild. You can't join other guilds/alliances during CS. CS Rewards For Winners: Trial of Discord You get access to a single LoT Hybrid-Spot. The spot is dynamically morphing in terms of monsters type & monsters number based on the lowest character level that is staying in its range and the highest map where it can go. Example: If the lowest character level in the LoT spot range is 280, the LoT spot will morph into Kanturu 3 monsters. Eample2: If the lowest character level in the LoT spot range is 420, the LoT spot will morph into Swamp of Peace monsters. Note: You need to kill the previous monsters from the spot in order to trigger the morph. Note2: If no character is in the spot's range, it will morph back to its initial Kanturu2 monsters. The monsters from the LoT spot are exactly the same as the ones from the normal maps where they are usually found. Note: Ubaid, Nars & Atlans Abyss 1-3 monsters from the LoT spot are visually bugged (showing as "bulls", but they work normally). The monsters from the LoT spot have normal drops as they do in their maps, but without any "map-specific" special drops. The LoT spot has +15% EXP compared to the default exp rate (that is not altered by gens bonus/mercenary squad bonus). Example: If you have level 500 and level in Ferea, you have 107% exp (7% bonus from Gens map), if you level in LoT you'll have 115% exp (and you'll stay safe). The LOT minimum level to enter is 250. ONLY Alliance members of CS winners can enter or stay in LoT. Note: All Alliance members can freely join LoT by clicking the NPC near the LoT entrance. Trial of Patience 6 mobs spawn across the LoT (Queen Bees). They have a respawn time of 2 minutes. They will drop 100% a Jewel of Guardian that can be used to upgrade Gates & Statues. You also get access to Senior that can upgrade the Statues & Gates as well as set up taxes for the Chaos Machine, which will go to the Senior budget that can be retrieved by the Alliance GM. You also gain 15% of Zen from the Market TAX of all Market transactions, which will also go to the Senior budget that can be retrieved by the Alliance GM. Trial of Mobilization There is a boss, Erohim, that spawns 1 time per day, randomly between 19:00 and 23:59. It stays only 12 minutes alive. Reward: Before Stage 1 is over: It will drop 1x Box of Ancients for each player that is in his range when he dies. A maximum of 10x Box of Ancients can be dropped even if there are more than 10 players. After Stage 1 is over: It will drop 1x Box of Ancients for each player that is in his range when he dies. It will also drop 1Bx ox of Sockets for every 2 players that are in his range when he dies. A maximum of 5x Box of Sockets & 10x Box of Ancients can be dropped even if there are more than 10 players. After Stage 2 is over: It will drop 1x Box of Ancients for each player that is in his range when he dies. It will also drop 1x Box of Sockets for each player that is in his range when he dies. A maximum of 10x Box of Sockets & 10x Box of Ancients can be dropped even if there are more than 10 players. His stats are boosted after each Server Stage. Trial of Strength Winning the CS will grant the Alliance GM 7x Guild Master Boxes. Guild Master Box: Can't be moved, sold in shop/store, or vaulted. Can only be traded. It can only be dropped on Crywolf. When it is throwed, it will drop 1x Mastery Set Item or 1x Mastery Weapon based on the class & level of the thrower. Note: This Box is 'forcing' GMs to make choices based on the CS performances of their players, so they can choose who to receive what directly, instead of pure luck. Example: If a SM with level 450 will throw it, it will drop 1x Bloodangel Wizard Set Item or 1x Bloodangel Staff. Example2: If a GL with level 780 will throw it, it will drop 1x Holyangel Lancer Set Item or 1x Holyangel Lance. The Mastery tier is based on the highest tier that the character can equip. There's 84% chance to drop 1x Mastery Set Item and 16% chance to drop 1x Mastery Weapon. The maximum tier that can be obtained from GM Box is Manticore. IMPORTANT!!! The Box is auto-deleted after 24 hours from its creation (if you enter Crywolf after 24 hours or if you are in Crywolf after 24 hours, else it remains in inventory, unusable). GLORY! For Losing Side: 1x Guild Master Box for every 2000 points they made at CS. Note: The boxes go to GMs if they are online at the end of CS. A maximum of 5 GM Boxes can be earned by each losing team, no matter their points. For Any Participant: Individual Net Worth Reward There's an individual reward based on Net Worth for any CS Player: Minimum Points that your alliance must have gained at CS in order for the players to be eligible for individual rewards: 1500 Points. Hello, We're currently in Alpha Stage! To avoid multiple questions on the same subject here's what do we know so far: We've started working on S17 since like 3 weeks ago. There will be a lot of new interesting things on this project apart from the normal S17 content. We're currently playing around with as many things as we can to see what would fit and/or work or not, so the work isn't yet focused towards server. The Zenith server will be a semi-hard, non-reset server based on the previous Phoenix but adapted for the new content and gameplay. The volume of work required is waaaaaaaaay bigger than anything before, especially since we're aiming for perfection in most details as much as we can. So there will be months of work before we'll have something ready for an "official". The process of development will be: Alpha Stage (we adapt previous phoenix and set-up a big part of the content). Closed Beta (limited slots open for selected players to test what was done on Alpha and building the global concept of Zenith). Open Beta (1-3 months public editions simulating an official game and fixing/tweaking as much as possible). Official (when we're confident that our project is ready for official launch).
